Question 1

How is Stocklatch intended to work?

Accepted Answer

The intended workflow is to connect supplier and shop integrations, set stock or price rules for each product, then review exceptions those rules bring to attention. This workflow is not live today: provider integrations, monitoring, rule execution, and exception detection have not been implemented.

Question 2

Are supplier or shop connections live?

Accepted Answer

No. Stocklatch stores private supplier and shop setup records. Saving details for an available credential profile does not contact a provider, verify credentials, or mean an account is connected.

Question 3

Can I use product rules and review exceptions now?

Accepted Answer

Per-product rules and exception review are part of the intended workflow. Until integrations are implemented, rules do not run, product changes are not detected, and exceptions are not generated for review.

Question 4

Does Stocklatch monitor stock or update listings automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. Live stock or price monitoring and automatic listing updates are unavailable until the supplier and shop integrations are implemented.

Question 5

Are daily reports available?

Accepted Answer

No. Daily reports are unavailable until integrations are implemented.
